What exactly does this quote mean? Doing something over and over and expecting different results. If you want to see a change in your life whether it be an improvement or a positive change, you have to do something different from what you are doing now. It means you have to think outside of the box, go in a different direction, don't be afraid to stretch yourself, let go of those limiting beliefs. Get off the hamster wheel? Create a new action plan, change your strategy so you can reach your goal. Give your plan a chance to work. I'm not saying throw in the towel as soon as things don't work. You have to give your plan a chance to work depending on the goal. If you are trying to lose weight a month is usually a good time frame to assess your progress. For a new business or project anywhere from 3-6 months or even a year to evaluate your progress. Usually there are early indicators like people's reception and market survey to see if you are moving on the right path.
Bigger Changes = Bigger Results If what you are doing is not working at all, it means you need to overhaul your plan. The more you change the bigger the change in results. Try a new strategy and review after a few months. If you are still getting limited results then the plan may require more tweaking. Stick to the methods that work and remove/eliminate the ones that don't work. Eventually you will reach your goal. Believe in yourself and trust that you can make the changes you would like to see in your life. Don't forget to ask for help if you need it. 2 Timothy 1:7 KJV - For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind.
Have a productive week.
