Happy Monday, IABX community!
This Monday, let’s embrace the courage to let go of what no longer serves us.
Paulo Coehlo once said:
“If you're brave enough to say goodbye, life will reward you with a new hello!”
Change can be difficult. Whether it's letting go of a habit, a fear, a disappointment, a missed opportunity, or even a chapter of life that has come to an end, saying goodbye is rarely easy.
Often, we hold on because it feels comfortable or familiar. We worry about what might happen if we let go. We fear the unknown and wonder what comes next.
But sometimes, growth requires us to release what is behind us so we can make room for what lies ahead.
Every ending creates space for a new beginning. A closed door can lead to a better opportunity. A lesson learned from a difficult experience can prepare us for future success. What feels like a loss today may be making room for something wonderful tomorrow.
Life is constantly moving forward, and so are we. The moments that challenge us to let go are often the same moments that help us grow stronger, wiser, and more prepared for what’s next.
This week, think about whether there is something you need to release—a fear, a doubt, a regret, or perhaps a goal that no longer fits who you are becoming. Trust that letting go is not always an ending. Sometimes, it is the beginning of something better.
Remember, every new chapter starts when we turn the page.
Have a hopeful, courageous Monday—and may this week bring new opportunities, fresh beginnings, and exciting "hellos" wherever life takes you. 💛✨
Have a great week!
